The Black Bird (1975)

I know The Black Bird is considered "horribly" politically incorrect nowadays, but I rate it as one of the funniest parodies of another movie ("The Maltese Falcon" I've seen. The humor is so close to Mel Brooks' "Blazing Saddles". The funniest schtick is that old car that keeps rolling down a hill no matter how Sam turns the wheels. Now that I have it on DVD, it's even more fun to see this 70s movie so clearly. Thank you, Zeus.

This movie is a spoof on the Maltese Falcon. We had it on tape and tried to find it on DVD as we are replacing all our tapes. We were delighted to find it on Zeus.

This is the best DVD version of this movie I
have ever seen! Previous version I received
(collector) was from VHS, better than nothing quality and watchable in spite of tape-damage and film print-age related issues. This version from Zeus DVD is a big improvement! Love it!
