The First Star (1958)

Lily Adair, a big Hollywood star, who is notoriously demanding and unpredictable. Benedetti is her new, young and inexperienced agent. He succeeds for a while in his major aim of keeping her out of trouble but runs into a tragic problem when Lily takes off wildly in a car after a drinking party and hits and kills and elderly gentleman.
